Introducing Mike Palmer Part 3

This is Part 3 of 3 posts introducing Mike Palmer Why do business coaches need a coach

In my 5 decades of business development experience, I have been a mentor, a coach, a consultant, a contract BDM, and contract market manager.

In one of these market manager roles, in the agribusiness industry, I did quite well coordinating field trials research, product registration with AVPMA, marketing and commercialisation.

The German pharmaceutical company I was working for flew me to Berlin where I was offered a similar position but coordinating the program in all the subsidiaries around the world. We decided at the time not to accept the position because we thought it was the wrong time for the kids.

Through all this, I never had a coach. With the benefit of hindsight, and with the benefit of now having a coach, many of the mistakes I made could have been avoided had I been coached at that time.

Now, after many months receiving business coaching, I have the benefit of hindsight. It is very clear now, that business coaches need a business coach.

This connection started in mid-2021.

She has helped me address any/all client limitations in my experience – self-development; goal setting; digital marketing; client relationships; and much, much more.

Anthea has a range of programs for business owners at different stages of development. I am using her services as my own “continuing education program”

I love the education and training. Very professional and always valuable in my “digital” journey.
